Refund Policy

At Grub Hub Travels, we strive to provide the best possible desert safari experience for our customers. We understand that plans may change, and therefore we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

Cancellation by Customer

48 Hours Before the Tour

Customers who cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.

24–48 Hours Before the Tour

If a cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour, a 50% refund will be issued.

Less Than 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.


No Show Policy

If a customer does not show up at the scheduled pickup time and location, the booking will be considered a No Show, and no refund will be issued.


Cancellation by Grub Hub Travels

In rare circumstances where Grub Hub Travels cancels the tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule the tour to another date.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Changes to Booking

Customers may request changes to their booking date or package, subject to availability, by contacting us at least 24 hours before the tour.
